Walker’s Run single vineyard Shiraz wines are produced from carefully selected premium grapes grown on our family vineyard. From pruning and general vineyard maintenance to the winemaking, the whole process is conducted at Walker's Run.
The fruit is harvested, then crushed on-site. After fermenting in small open fermenters the wine is gently pressed and matured in French Oak for two years before being bottled.
Our Sauvignon Blanc fruit is sourced from the cooler climate of the Adelaide Hills region with the rest of the process done entirely at Walker's Run.
